By using this website, buying a package or course, or joining the AI Village community, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

AI Village sells access to learning material, live classes, tools and a support community for a stated period. Paid membership plans are billed yearly for the 12-month access window described on the pricing page; individual courses may be one-time purchases.

You may upgrade at any time and pay only the difference between your current package and the new one.

Course and package content may be improved, reorganised or replaced as the platform grows.

Your account is personal. Do not share your login, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

New student accounts are reviewed before access is granted. We may decline or remove an account that breaks these terms.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack in naira through card, bank transfer, USSD or QR.

Access is granted once payment is confirmed. Keep your payment reference for support.

Courses, packages and downloads are digital products. Because access to digital material and the community is granted immediately, payments are non refundable once access has been granted.

If you were charged twice, charged in error, or never received access, contact support within 7 days and we will investigate and correct it.

If you lose access, or a file or link stops working, we restore access or provide a replacement. This is handled case by case.

Where a payment is reversed or refunded, any affiliate commission earned on that payment is reversed as well.

Do not resell, copy, record, redistribute or publish AI Village course material, prompts, templates or class recordings.

Do not harass members, spam the community, or post illegal, hateful or misleading content.

Do not attempt to break, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Breaking these rules can end your access without refund.

All AI Village course material, branding, written content, templates and tools remain the property of AI Village. You get a personal, non transferable licence to use them for your own learning and your own work.

AI Village teaches practical skills. We do not promise any specific income, client, job or business result. What you earn depends on your own work, market and effort.

Lessons reference third party AI tools and services. Their pricing, availability and terms are set by those providers and can change without notice.

Partner pricing, institutional access and any Founding Investment opportunity are subject to separate review, documentation, eligibility and applicable Nigerian law. Nothing on this website is an offer of securities, a guarantee of returns or a grant of shareholding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Village is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

We may update these terms as the platform develops, and the date below shows the most recent version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
