Payment details: payments are processed by Paystack. We receive the payment reference, amount, status and the contact details you entered at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Usage details: basic technical information such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site fast and secure.

To give you access to the packages, courses and community you paid for.

To confirm payments, issue access and provide support.

To respond to partnership, group pricing and investment enquiries.

To send you service messages about your access, classes and updates. You can opt out of non essential messages at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is needed with the services that run AI Village, such as our payment processor (Paystack), our hosting and database provider, and communication tools like WhatsApp and email.

We may disclose information where required by applicable Nigerian law.

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls, row level security rules and encrypted connections.

Only the AI Village team members who need access to run the community can view member records.

No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and do not share your login.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support.

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not run intrusive advertising trackers.

AI Village is intended for people aged 16 and above. Younger learners should join with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian or school.
